Selecting an Adjuster in a Workfile

The Select Adjuster feature allows you to search for and select an adjuster while in the workfile Contacts tab. You must first set up the adjuster list in the Settings option of the Configuration Dashboard.

To select an adjuster in a workfile

1. Open the workfile, and then click on the Contacts tab.
2. Select Adjuster from the Party droplist.

   If an adjuster has not already been added to the workfile, select New Contact from the toolbar.
3. Click on the magnifying glass search button located to the right of the Last Name field. The Select Adjuster screen opens.
4. Select the adjuster from the list, and then click OK.
